If we see farfalle pasta is one of the most artistic kinds of pasta available in the world. The texture and fine shape is really attractive and when made correctly the flavor with texture make an excellent sensation for our mouth.
It's really nice because has the form of a bow-tie what makes it look pretty different than other kinds of pasta, such as spaghetti, fettuccini, etc. The farfalle pasta is the king in artistic side.

Because of its nice shape it's perfect to be served in elegant dinners or events. Also this kind of pasta can be made with different ingredients and make it look even more exotic and attractive.

Pasta Dough - Observations And Tips

So you have decided to make your own pasta dough but you have some doubts, let's this post help you with that and give you some tips about how to make your pasta dough better and more delicious.

Make pasta dough is a fine art, where the correct portions of ingredients plus the technique how you prepare it are essential and conected to each other.

The first thing you should remember is that if you want to obtain a soft and consistent pasta dough you must care very much about the portion of ingredients because they will be decisive if you obtain an excellent or a bad pasta dough.

Also the technique is very important, all the time remember to clean your hands to don't contaminate the
pasta. You must mash your pasta dough slowly and caring that every ingredient is mixing correctly, the more you care about that the better your pasta will be.

Is not that hard obtain a fresh pasta dough but if you are new into this you should take it calm and start making it slowly and soon you will gain enough experience to make different kinds of pasta.

You should start making pizza dough, is easier and will encourage and motivate you for higher challenges such as farfalle pasta (remember that you need more practice before that), then you can try with spaghetti and fettucini and so on.

Consider also to buy a pasta machine, what could make your task a lot easier but if you like "old school" style just use your knife, hands and imagination. A pasta machine may be useful for hard kinds of pasta dough such as farfalle, penne, etc. But with enough experience you can make them by your own and surely you will obtain an excellent result and feel very proud of yourself.
